Contract Review & Analysis Package$2,750 per contract

Full contractual/commercial risk review (non-legal advice). Items that require counsel are flagged.

  • Summary report: negotiation opportunities + required flow-downs
  • Contract Analysis Presentation (15–25 slides)

Outcome-Based Pricing (Optional / Opt-In)

Designed to align incentives with the client's best interest. Applies only when agreed in writing before the initiative begins.

  • Savings-based fee: 12% of documented cost savings
  • Resolution value-share: 3% of recovered amounts actually paid, or documented avoided backcharges/LDs
  • Outcome-based fees apply only when pre-approved and measurable. Caps can be set per project in the SOW.
  • Charged only on realized/paid amounts, not theoretical exposure.
Exception-Based On-Demand Support (Pre-Approval Only)

Used only for rare edge cases where scope cannot be packaged. Requires written pre-approval and a hard cap set by the client.

  • $450/hour — Dispute/Claims specialist (advisory support only)
  • Pre-paid blocks: 20 hours — $4,000; 40 hours — $7,500; 80 hours — $14,000

  • Change order package (review + draft + backup checklist): $750 per change (defined complexity threshold)
  • Entitlement & positioning memo (pre-claim / early resolution): $1,250

Pylonary provides contract administration and commercial contract support. We do not act as legal counsel of record. When legal representation is required, we coordinate with the client's counsel and provide supporting documentation and entitlement tracking.
